We are striving to understand how our existing and future systems will be used in the future. As social media together with advancements in electronic and software develops end-users perceptions and expectations need to be satisfied. Microwatt spends over 40% of our income on research and development utilising more than half of our highly skilled engineers. Not only will the next few years see a continuous upgrading of all our existing product range, but will also see a few more innovative products joining our range. On top of this our bespoke engineering division is working on some inspiring services and solutions for a number of substantial clients, a good time to be part of the Microwatt team.
One of our goals is to develop the ‘Self Service Information Desk’, where the customers can achieve complete or almost completely operation without human intervention. There would of course be a human mobile Assistants available around the airport. techniques such as Augmented reality, smart phone tracking and active maps can guide passengers through a complex airport. with sponsorship opportunities!
