OPALPORT hardware provides a ultra stable platform, based upon the latest Linux kernel, providing high levels of access & security. Running on the hardware platform we have built up a number of modules that support the modern airport, railway station or any public area.

SECURITY Linux is and has always been a very secure operating system. Although it can still be attacked, it much more secure, when compared to other operating systems.

SUPPORT
We offer round the clock support for all our systems. We can afford to do this at very reasonanle cost because although it may be more difficult to find users and even IT departments familiar with all Linux variants, there are vast amounts of available online documentation and help, available books, and support available for Linux.

We supply the source code to our customers for our applications, therefore in the unlikely event of us not satisfying your requirements, you can go to a third party.

REMOTE ACCESS
Our systems are normally provided with remote access for maintenance and upgrades.
